On the 18 August, the State Government made the following update on Phase 4 of the WA COVID-19 roadmap:

Phase 4 of the WA COVID-19 roadmap extended

Based on the latest health advice, Phase 4 of the WA COVID-19 roadmap, has been extended until Friday, 23 October. 

The new tentative date for the roll-out of phase 5 will be Saturday, 24 October.

A final decision on whether Phase 5 can proceed on this date or if the date can be brought forward will be decided in October.
